With the current limitations imposed on face to face seminars as we are used to doing them, we have to come up with new formats. The webinar style is a valid alternative and we hope you will all like it. Not to worry: our face to face seminars will return as soon as the situation allows.
In this webinar our BLCC member Stijn Janssens is our guest speaker. Together with Stijn we will look at some best practices on project management from an organisational perspective. The underlying model can be used for any type of project in any type of organisation. That means it will not be a ready-made solution for your own situation: you will have to do the work, but you will be better armed to do so.
