The upcoming phase-out of the interbank lending rate (IBOR) means big changes to financial services – but few firms are prepared.

On Thursday 29 October 12.30pm our corporate member & gold sponsor BNP Paribas will give an insightful overview on the IBOR transition.

Julien Szternberg from BNP Paribas will provide us with an introduction to the IBOR transition, followed by an overview of the reasons for moving away from (L)IBOR & the alternative RFRs. In addition, he will discuss the consequences of the IBOR transition for FI & SMEs and the pricing implications.

Afterwards Jenny Huang and Tracy Chan from Ernst & Young Hong Kong will present their insights from a consultancy point of view. They will cover topics including risk and valuation, legal implications & accounting and tax implications.

The webinar will be concluded by a Q&A session with all the attendees.
