Alan is specialized in international tax and business advisory services, in particular, PRC and Hong Kong tax advisory services. Alan has 17 years' experience in taxation, prior to joining Acclime Tax Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited (formerly known as RSM Tax Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited), he has worked in Ernst & Young and other international accounting firms.
Alan is experienced in handling cross border tax advisory service such as cross-border investment
structure, tax due diligence, transfer pricing, to private and listed groups in various sectors.
Alan is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Polly Tang
Senior Vice President at Invest Hong Kong
Ms. Polly Tang was appointed as Senior Vice President of FamilyOfficeHK, Invest Hong Kong (“InvestHK”) in 2023. InvestHK is the department of the Hong Kong SAR Government, and FamilyOfficeHK at InvestHK is responsible for promoting Hong Kong as the international hub and preferred choice of family offices.
Ms. Tang is a practicing accountant, with over 15 years of experience in providing professional services to corporations, family businesses and ultra high-net-worth individuals in the Asia Pacific region. She started her career with KPMG, and afterwards became an entrepreneur building her own accounting firm. She has established a good reputation and accumulated a wealth of experience in the Family Office industry.
Ms. Tang grew up in Mainland China and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She is also the Vice President of Hong Kong Entrepreneurial Culture Association, Director of Hong Kong Baptist University Foundation, and Director of Hong Kong Commerce, Industry & Professional Association.
