Tsun Chen
Secretary General at Hong Kong Green Finance Association
Tsun has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining HKGFA, he worked for a number of corporate finance advisory firms and a specialist bank where he was responsible for cross-border mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, debt and equity restructurings and direct investments. Tsun is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales (non-practising), holds a BSc. in History and Philosophy of Science from University College London and is certified by the CFA in ESG Investing.
Lapman Lee
Professor of Practice (ESG, FinTech, Governance) and APAC ESG ICT VP Leader at WTW
Lapman is a Professor of Practice in Climate Change, Sustainability, and Sustainable Finance at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He advises the government, financial institutions, and both listed and private enterprises on sustainability. He also serves as a Board Member of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and chairs its ESG Committee.
Before transitioning to academia and advisory roles, Lapman was a Financial Services Partner at Deloitte and a Structured Finance Specialist at Rabobank.
