Fan Ho was a fascinating photographer who captured the essence of Hong Kong in the '50s and '60s. Sarah Greene, founder & director of Blue Lotus Gallery has kindly offered to share her insights of Fan Ho & his works with our members during a brief talk, followed by BLCC networking event.

Founder & Director of Blue Lotus GalleryBlue Lotus Gallery is an independent gallery established in 2007 by Sarah Greene.
Since 2012 the focus has been shifting to Hong Kong photography. A notable achievement was reintroducing photographer Ho Fan to Hong Kong.
Today, Blue Lotus Gallery represents some of Hong Kong leading photographers such as Fan Ho, Michael Wolf, Michael Kenna and Romain JL and remains supporting local and international talent through exhibitions, fairs and consultancy projects.
Sarah Greene has obtained a master’s degree at the university of Ghent in Oriental Arts and Cultures (Japanese and Chinese). She furthered her studies with short courses such as ‘art as investment’ (Sothebys), law in art (Sothebys), history of photography and its markets (summer course Sothebys 2014).
