In any other year we would celebrate King's Day together at the annual King's Day Reception always excellently organized by the Consulate of the Kingdom of Belgium to Hong Kong & Macau. Unfortunately for all of us, after lengthy investigations & negotiations, our Consul-General was forced to cancel the reception this year due to the health measures still in place.

Although not of the same caliber as the annual King's Day Reception, the BLCC supported by the Belgian Club has organized a festive apéro in De België as an alternative.

We are happy to invite our community to De België on 22 Elgin Street, Central for an informal & delicious King's Day Apéro to celebrate King's Day in Hong Kong.

Join us on Sunday 14 November on the terrace area for a tasty apéro that includes snacks & all drinks at Happy Hour prices. De België recommends the following royal beers for your King's Day experience:

• A tasty Belgian Trappist beer: Orval
• Beers from the oldest family brewery in Belgium (since 1545): Roman Lager & Wit
• The classic: Duvel

The BLCC will sponsor tasty bites, drinks can be purchased. Join in on Sunday, see you there.

This is a free event, no need to register, you can simply pass by, show up, drop in, etc.
