He joined Hawksford in 2013 and has since been working in both the Hong Kong and the Shanghai offices. Yan
Head of Corporate Services & Legal Counsel at Hawksford China
Stephanie Yan has been with Hawksford in China, since 2015 and leads the Corporate Service department. Before joining Hawksford, Stephanie began her legal career with Simmons & Simmons LLP in 2009, gaining great expertise within corporate matters.
At Hawksford, Stephanie provides foreign clients with various consulting services, including market entrance feasibility, incorporation registration, license and permit applications, and advises on compliance matters. She is also Hawksford’s inhouse legal counsel and Data Protection Officer.
