Belgium is known for its strong experience in brewing and exporting beer. Hong Kong is an important market for Belgian beer and the refined, international tastes of Hong Kong residents have them frequently choose from Belgium's diverse offerings. Over 800 years ago, AB Inbev found its humble beginnings in the experienced brewing hand of Belgian monks. It was in these abbeys, where one of their original beer brands, Leffe, came to be.

The BLCC, together with AB Inbev Hong Kong, will run an impactful seminar on Beer to show the successes of Belgium and Hong Kong in combined projects in preparation, environment and technology within the brewing industry.
